Since October 2022, Michał has been responsible for leading global IT projects across Autoliv’s supply chain management (SCM) domain, focusing on digital transformation to unlock substantial improvement potential. In this role, which interfaces closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance, Michał drives initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, standardization, and process optimization.
Prior to his current position, Michał was part of Autoliv’s European Management Team as Logistics Manager for the Airbag division (encompassing Inflators, Textiles, and Modules) across Europe. In this role, he spearheaded process standardization and improvements, with a focus on boosting SCM effectiveness across the region. Michał also played a key role in Autoliv’s European digitalization program, serving as the lead process owner for Outbound and Packaging in the SAP implementation project.
With a unique ability to bridge operations and IT within the SCM landscape, Michał translates complex technical and operational requirements into successful project outcomes that deliver measurable results.
