Alexandre Lerma Martin is an industrial engineer, master in production management and master in business administration from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. He completed his last university course and his thesis in the Technische Universität München. He has developed his professional career mainly at SEAT S.A where he has worked for 13 years. He started as a logistics innovation project manager, production and logistic planning manager, fast lane process manager for production, supply chain customer order process manager for sales. He is also the co-author of several data science papers. He currently holds the position of Customer Driven Supply Chain manager, as the responsible for the supply chain digitalization and the design of the customer order process for new models.
