Fabian Pobantz

Since October 2024, Fabian Pobantz leads the Operations Digitalization and IT for Supply Chain and Purchasing Solutions at Schaeffler. In this role he leads the OpsIT Digitalization and AI strategy in strong collaboration with the relevant functions. In his previous roles he was also driving the operations and supply chain management digitalization journey of Vitesco Technologies. His main focus is to lever people skills, technologies and organizational enablement for successful and smooth transformations.
